Our Event Services

Ceremony

  • Cue the music or musicians to start and end each piece of music.

  • Line up the bridal party and make sure everyone is completely prepared (i.e. flowers, rings).
    Direct photographer and videographer, if needed.

  • Facilitate receiving line and pre/post family/bridal party photos.

  • Oversee communication with guests regarding reception (i.e. location, transportation, and timing).

  • Ensure that the locations clean-up procedure is properly followed.

Reception

  • Transport anything necessary from ceremony to reception.

  • Oversee timeline of events, announcements and Wedding traditions.

  • Work with venue coordinator and event staff.

  • Coordinate with caterer on timing of each course, buffet or passed hors d'oeuvres. 

  • Work closely with DJ or band to maintain flow of reception.

  • Ensure that clean-up procedure is properly followed.

  • Settle accounts and distribute gratuities to vendors.

  • Packaging of your personal accessories and belongings, ceremony items, gifts.

  • Loading of items into your designated vehicle in conjunction with your venue event staff

Invitation, Stationery & Guest Management 

We handle all the details that go with guest coordination and invitations such as the following:

  • Sending Save The Dates

  • Managing all RSVP's & guest/meal count
